What is your return/refund policy?

  • No cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds after claim/purchase has been made. All sales are final.

  • We do our best to provide clear photos & videos of each item. All items are natural minerals so please keep that in mind, no 2 pieces are the same and will have its own unique qualities.

  • If there are questions or concerns, contact is to be made to Seven Stone Crystals immediately via IG for quickest response time.

  • If crystal arrives broken, a clear photo must be provided to Seven Stone Crystals within 24 hours and it will be at the discretion of the shop to provide store credit or replacement depending on availability. We may choose the right to deny request depending on situation or circumstance. It will be a case by case determination.

What is your processing and shipping time?

  • Please allow 3-5 business days after submitting payment for us to process orders and properly prepare your items for shipment.

  • You should receive an email with tracking via USPS, UPS or FEDEX once it ships. If you have not received an email and 5 business days has passed- Please contact Seven Stone Crystals via IG for updates. (Please make sure to also check your promo, social and spam folders.)

  • We package all items thoroughly and with care so please allow 5 full business days before reaching out to us. We are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by carrier.

  • Holiday & Weekend orders will be processed on the following business day.

What is OPEN BOX?

  • You may request for open box to acquire more merchandise over a period of time before shipping all items together.

  • All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving invoice as normal.

  • When you're ready to close box, you must notify us via IG DM so we can arrange shipping.

How do I check shipping address/information?

  • Please ensure SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE submitting payment on website.

  • If you do notice an error after payment - pls contact us via IG DM IMMEDIATELY so we can correct address before shipping.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise in transit by carrier OR address input errors made by buyer. All packages are packed with care and thorough packing material to ensure safety of merchandise before leaving our facility to address you provided.
